Tracey joined Dynamic Budgets in October 2021 as Consulting Manager. She has over 40 years of finance experience in a variety of industries including public accounting, legal, engineering, banking, food manufacturing & local government. For the past twelve years, she has served as Finance Manager for two Washington State local public health jurisdictions where she implemented Dynamic Budgets as part of process improvement efforts around budgeting and financial reporting.
She has been a licensed CPA in Washington State since 1988 and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. She is dedicated to process and quality improvement. She lives in Western Washington near Seattle. Unlike Zubin (a dog dad), she is a cat person, bringing diversity to the company.
